1774 SPANISH SILVER been stamped 3 times Quick ?

ITS A 1774 SPANISH SILVER BUT ITS GOT A NASTY HOLE IN TOP. BUT IM NOT COMPLAINING. I HOPE I CAN TOP THIS FOR REST OF YEAR. HH TO ALL Read down for question Sorry I did it this way

I just was looking at some of my spanish silver. I just noticed this 1774 has been stamped 3 different times on front, You can see on the date it has iv than by the lll its stamped llll alittle to right . Was this common for these coins or just a something that happen. I could maybe see 1 extra time but 2. Just a quick ? to throw out there. Thanks all HH Mark
