1715 fleet court case?

Does anybody know the name of the actual court case (and year) or the decision citation that supposedly ruled on the 1715 fleet?

Out of curiosity i tried to locate it a while back, and found a bunch of florida cases concerning the Atocha, Margarita and others, but not one specifically dealing with the 1715 fleet.

Just still curious. And from some reading i thought the 1715 fleet was actually part of a settlement with the federal government (during the treasure hey days) rather than decided as an admiralty claim in federal court, but i could be wrong.

I tried but couldn't find anything online. I would bet that this group could tell you from some of the admiralty filings they have posted.

Not to go off topic or take sides but I did get a kick out of the LTR/Motivation "floating barrel of emeralds from the Atocha" excerpt that I ran across. Will post in new thread.
