Yea that ring was found by Gary Drayton. He uses that as his avatar and he usually posts on the Beach & shallow water forum here on TN.

Here is a couple of of his web sites for you to check out. It seems that he hasn't posted for some time now on TN. Must have had someone tick him off or something, too bad he finds some amazing stuff.

Must have had someone tick him off or something, too bad he finds some amazing stuff.ZDD The word on the beach here is that he is sponsered by minelab because of his finds. He has displayed alot of stuff here. He also has a blog, but does not post as much as the treasure guide does. He does his research and knows when conditions are prime for finding the goodies, and so does treasure guide.

What a great little blog this Gary has...he must be a great chap to chat with over beers, imagine what he has found?
Thanks for posting the link ZDD!
He sure has found some fantastic items, but he isn't the only one. There are loads of people finding all sorts of treasure every day, whether it be a nice beach find, a shipwreck artifact, or a silver coin from the 1600s out in a field. It's all out there for you to find, you just have to say to yourself that "todays the day" and get out there and go find it. Hell you don't even need a metal detector or scuba gear. Native artifacts, natural gold, fossils all qualify as treasure to the people who like to find these items and no expensive gear is needed.
Good luck with your treasure hunting, there is no life like it.
