look at all the cool stuff that's been coming out off the ground here in MA.. Mr shilling AKA the fire man scores a sweeeeet Pine Tree Shilling ....I dug my first silver spoon ! a AWESOME GAR Civil War Veterans buckle.... some nice large cents 1798. 1805.& a 1816. .. a 1800 glass bottle that's been under water for 60 years..I need some ID help with that crusty coin in the pic.....some silver rings ..a 1917 mirc...and more... take a look at the video ..thanks for looking ....

Not only did you find a Pine Tree Shilling, you found the large planchet type. Much more desirable and much less common that the small planchet. Way to go!

Congratulations! Nothing quite like finding one of those. They're still out there- just need to put your coil over one- and that's the trick. I feel absolutely blessed to have found one myself. Hope there are more posted in the near future.
