Can anyone tellme if this ring is worth much?

It says 14k, (GE) with what appears to be tiger eye as a stone?

Yes, it is a tiger's eye stone but unfortunately, the GE means that it is plated with 14k gold (GE=Gold Electroplate) Still a Very Nice find!
