this is what i got during last summer in "my hole" just over 6 grams, found using my homemade highbanker.I sit my highbanker right in the middle of the creek and shovel away,, all this came from about 4 feet deep and down in the blue clay and all in all if i got in my hole the water would be over the top of my chest waders.I cant wait till the water warms up so I can try my dredge out this year, its driving me crazy

Think it's a carry over from the CB radio days? Remember telling someone on the air you're going to put up a tower or another mast and everyone for three counties would tell you they'll be over to help. Saturday rolls around & you got the wife and toddler holding guy wires while you're trying to figure out what you're going to do with all the refreshments!

Brother!!!! We got matching foreheads!!!!!!!!!!

Here's an idea, you may want to get some metal flashing from the lumber store, say Menards or Home Depot and cover that Hopper with it. Its inexpensive and it will make it last longer. Nice job!

That's a very unique setup, looks like it works very well. I was looking at it and thinking that once you get to the river and the bank is to steep you could kill to birds with one stone by using it to climb down to the river. Nice way to shave off a few pounds ( Ladder )
I would like to see what you get with your dredge!
