The day started with heavy fog as the sun was coming up. I got to the field as the fog was almost burnt off. The day was getting warm after starting in mid40s. If the sun would come through the clouds the field conditions would suffer, and I may roast in my hooded sweatshirt.
The fields were wet but not overly sloppy except in the low areas.
First find was a Harrison county flake edged tool.
Another yellowish tool followed
I found a number of broken relics but failed to get photos of the relics in the field. I was not on top of the game today with the events of the last few weeks.
In the last field rise I found a small cobbs knife.
Have a safe New years.
