12/2 did a walk thru the historic property..found this

lol its mom thingy..... when they are big enough and old enough and out of school...they can clean up their own messes.... thats it..pure n simple... I flat out refuse to pick up after em...

Cast iron can be welded...so repair it and rebuild a park bench...use teak or mahogany for exterior use...
If you can afford the Teak,go with that...The Mahogany won't last as long.The teak will give you that old grey color after awhile but still will be as strong as the day you put it on.Cool find,definetley get it repaired....Good call stefen!

sometimes these old things are by far more beautiful than the new ones that come from china.

Treasure hunting isn't always just finding gold.
true treasure can turn out to be something you put your heat and soul into.
The best thing to do is to find the things you like the most and enjoy yourself.
the time spent persuing the treasure may just turn out to be the greatest treasure of all.
