Haven't posted nickel results in awhile. Partly because I haven't searched much and partly because my fave nickel casino has been doing renovations and the atmosphere there is dirty and noisy. But I brought home $40 today for the first time in about a month. Good results too...

Buffalo: 1936-S <--- first buffalo since April and my fourth this year.

Pre-1960: 1940, 1941, 1946, 1953, 1953-D, 1954-D, 1958-D, 1959 (2)

Canadian: 1991 <--- one of the tougher years

Still have a shot at finding 1,000 pre-1960s for the year but my goal of topping 60 war nickels looks like a bust. Oh well.

Immy, I have done quite a bit of nickel searching there in Vegas before I left, and I may have a tip for ya. There is a certain casino up north that would sell me their machine bags. They offer and used to advertise that locals could bring in their change and they would exchange it. Due to the depressed area around it, it drew quite a few people. They usually had 3 or 4 bags filled waiting for deposit. Kept close to the main cage, so no incovenience for anyone either.
One bag(sorry, didn't post this one, it was after movers came) I got 6 war nickels from one bag.
I bought one of their bags of halves one day too, it yielded more than 10 40%'rs and 2 90%.
Man, I miss those casinos.
Drop me a note, I will let ya in on my secret spot, I won't be using it again :-\
