101 Silvers For The Year...So Far!

I got up yesterday on a mission to find 3 silvers as my 2023 total was at 97. I went back to the old apartment buildings where they've been removing the grass. They hadn't removed any more grass, but they did remove the piles of the grass they had already shaved off. That was all I needed.
I started finding wheat cents about every foot I moved along, then a dime, more wheats, a quarter, more wheats, and another dime.
Yes! Mission accomplished. Then, otwbttc another dime, #101 FTY!
Also scored 18 wheats (most in a single hunt by far!) and a play nickel.

Big congrats on the #101 yearly total of silvers-with 19 days to go still.
Great results from the apartment site once again.
Don't see too many hunts like this today, and getting that many wheats is a bonus.
Liking the 1950 play nickel, another nice recovery that isn't posted up often.

Great number on silvers! I had a hunt, that was already worked with plugs everywhere...I found two mercs, two war nickels and 53 wheats. I still wonder how many silvers the guy before me found.
Grats on the finds and I'd keep working that area. If you don't have anywhere else to go, do the spots you already did again but form a 90% angle. Don't forget to dig the nickel signals and maybe there's some gold for ya as well.

Congrats on hitting the 100 (+) mark. Not easy to do. PS That's a load of wheaties. I'm guessing there are still a few silvers left in that spot.

So THAT'S what silver l@@ks like. The silver has been thin here as far as coins lately. Lots of wheats and some bling though.
