Big big schism going on in the gun rights movement as more and more people leave the NRA an opt to join more conservative gun rights groups. NRA being viewed as a little too high brow only hobnobbing with politicians and big business. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

This won't accomplish anything. Someone is going to get shot or killed in the gathering, and it will only fuel the movement of banning all gun ownership. If you all want to demonstrate, it would be more effective posting Youtube videos or simply crying in a corner at home.

They're not going to succeed in banning guns. They're only going to make it harder to own and buy guns/ammunition. This of which I do support, due to the lack of hunter safety skills most people in the US exhibit.
