Not sure what you think this information proves? The information regarding a "Thomas Beall" has been around for a long time but note that the name is Beall, and not Beale, so absolutely no possible way of confirming this assumed identity. At best an interesting sidebar.

As for the old Robert Morris info, not sure what you think this info is really doing for you in regards to establishing that the grand adventure ever took place? But another interesting sidebar all the same.

Question, do you think the author of the Beale papers misspelled Morriss on purpose? Or do you think the information source simply misspelled Morriss?

Well, he did spell it two different ways. The census people also misspelled it in most of the census, though not all.
