Looks like the Mint has closed the books on '08

Lowest mintages of halves (1.7M each for P & D) in a few years.

Anyone have their Red Book handy and can tell me the mintages of halves for '02 - '05 ?

Better than I thought. '08 turns out to be the least minted (P & D) halves since the NIFC's started in '02.
