This is my first time out detecting since I got skunked. I decided to take my newly acquired CZ 3D out for a spin to see what it can do. To make it a real challenge I decided to go back over a large corner lot that Jason and I hit a few weeks ago. I believe we took over 10 silver coins including a Walking Liberty that Jason found.
I set up the CZ in the Enhanced mode, 5.5 on the GB, sensitivity at 5.5, volume on '4' and '0' on the discrimination. It's run super quiet even near the power lines. I dug all high audio tones. I ended up finding 14 wheat pennies, one a 1919 S, a bunch of clad coins, a 1950 Rosie, a 1943 War Nickel, a Commemorative coin and 2 pieces of sterling.
This was my 58th hunt for the year and my silver coin total for the year now stands at 169.
