I kinda spilled the beans. I have solved the poem, went to the treasure site, saw the box, unable to get it and there might be some legal issues. Recovery team will be on site the 19th and the release of information after documents are filed in court system for the area. The treasure, if and when recovered will be secured for government entities and I am sure a court will become involved. So be it. Our treasure laws need to be revised like the UK.

Riiiiight. You saw it but didn't grab it?

Didn't click on your link; because I don't do that kind of thing. Can you cut and paste the info here?

he starts @ about 41min, but high water needs rappelling team

Tomorrow will tell.
It is not being dug. No detector used. It is not a natural resource ,or an item under the antiquities law,( having been placed recently.)

Unless no rappelling signs exist , what happened to...tarry scant and " just take the chest and go in peace "?

I suppose we will find out tomorrow one way or another.

@ about 56 min he says the clues are mixed up, IIRC over @ the Jenny Kile
site forrest said the clues are in sequential order

Tomorrow! Tomorrow! I love ya Tomorrow! You're always A day A way!

still a little lost here, @ about 67min he says he couldnt walk up to it and take it
i thought forrest said, if you knew where it is, you could get it in even the winter

So where are the pics?
I started reading the FF thread last week. About 90 pages into it.... not sure I should keep reading as it is solved.... wait, I read a ton of posts that said they solved it but there is still 100+ pages to go.
Hmmm, :dontknow: To read or not to read.... :laughing7:

Well I would have already been back and got it, would have got I needed and headed back and no legal issues for me as nobody would know I found it especially the government. HH

....The treasure, if and when recovered will be secured for government entities and I am sure a court will become involved....

When you cash it in, I have some fantastic swampland in Floriduh that you will want to buy. Comes with a great famous bridge too.

Just read that the found some Dude's body that was looking for it, a Pastor it seems

You forgot to mention the 1/2 ton of Confederate gold buried in the Everglades on a hummock shaped like one of Jefferson Davis's US CAMEL CORPS camel's back.

Media would be all over this. Let Paris Wallace RIP. He was a good man. Promote your failed forum elsewhere.

On site, contact made with law enforcement and government agency that owns property. A professional guide service hired, ($500.00) and approved by government entity. Guide want s go now but insurance concerns and legal for the government needs to be involved. I was told it would by tomorrow or the next day. The government agency will have control until a court, IRS and others are contacted. I wish it wasn't this way but the danger at the site is great. I was told NOT to release the information until the recovery. I am so sorry for that Pastors family and I will help them if the good Lord allows my location to be the correct one. Wednesday, the latest. My nails are to the bone. The guide, me and the government went to the site and they and the guide are able to do the work. Wish me luck.

It's still out there in other words.

condolences for Paris Wallace family friends,
article says he was searching at Rio Grande Gorge, not far from the community of Pilar,
i dont think that area is in the rocky mts north of santa fe

and Forrest has said again
The treasure is not in a dangerous place. They should remember that I was about eighty when I hid it.

read

EDIT, read Wallace car was found near here, so maybe that is part
of the rocky mts. i was thinking pilar was farther west
