Nice thread you started RelicDude. Here's a couple of mine. Dr. Thacher's Liver and Blood Syrup, also with a sample size, and McLean's Strengthening Cordial and Blood Pufifier.

awesome i really like the oval mcleans. does that one have an applied lip? and the sample is really cool also. lets keep them coming.

Yes, has applied top. This is a half pint size i'm guessing. Also found a larger pint size in same hole but it was broken.

Here is a scarce British Patent Medicine. It is Warburg's Tincture dates from the 1860's and is a cure for Malaria.

Hello everyone.... Now I admit I am not a bottle or glass guy but I did dig up over 400 bottles from 6-8 privy pits behind my very old home in MI. I learned my old home used to be a hospital in the mid 1800's. So I went out back with a probe and found a LOT OF intact bottles from the pits. I had 6 more pits to dig from but didn't get around to it before I moved to TN. Later today or soon I'll line them up and take some photo's to post. Maybe some of you folks can tell me what I may have. I found guns, ceramic doll heads and old pitchers also. I just have them in boxes out in the shed....

Later.... Brad

Ok folks here's some pics of my bottles from one box... I got many more. Some of them say different "miracle cures"... "French Brandy 1876" and many, many other things... I didn't write them all down. I found many ink bottles, German perfume and many other types. So does anybody recognize any of value or want a better pic of a certain one? I really wish this pitcher didn't have the missing piece. Anybody know how old it might be?
