Good start for the week. ( Tuesday )

I went out early this morning look and it was a pretty good morning. Several scarpers, a good point, blade, bone stuff, pottery shard .. .. ....

I think the white petrified wood scraper is pretty cool even though it's damaged, you can almost see through it when held up to light. The two broken points in the lower right, I picked up yesterday. The white one is also petrified wood and the black is obsidian. I've found obsidian flakes and pieces at the site before but this is the first that was definitely worked.

All these pieces and yesterday's were found in the same general area. I could tell I walked right by a couple of these scrapers yesterday because I usually pull weeds as I look and they were right there by the dying weeds.

Nice artifacts as alway's. Very nice thumb scrapers. What is the bone piece by the two broken bases ? That broken pot shard is a nice example I like the design. Interesting pieces of abraider's.

What are the two larger broken pieces of bone in your hand ? Pieces of broken hoe's or broken squash knives.
