🥇 BANNER Scored a very nice Morgan Dollar today!

Got a new permission today and I was able to make some nice finds. My first find was a silver thimble. I found thimbles before but this is my first silver thimble. My last find I made was a 1921 Morgan silver dollar. It's in very good condition & looks like it was dropped in 1921. Thanks for looking.

In 50 years of detecting I have never found one. I went over one once and did not dig it because it was so loud it sounded like an aluminium can just under the soil. The next guy who came along in the town sidewalk replacement dug it and I was there when he did on the other end of the block.

Wow! Amazing condition. There has to be more stuff at that site.

I did go back today. My first hunt I used my Manticore. Today I went back with the Deus 2. There is no front yard and a small back yard. I didn't find anything today except some pocket change. But that's the way it goes in metal detecting.

Clearly a "Once in a lifetime find" congratulations, like some one else said... I've been waiting 30+ years and no Silver Dollar coin at all... (I have found almost every other American coin) I don't think that that many of them were actually lost because of their size, making it an incredible find !
