Help ID Face on Aluminum Cup / It's a tough one *NEW PICS / BETTER*-SOLVED?

*I added some new pictures below. I hope this helps.*
I found this little aluminum tea cup today. It has a logo on it I think is some kind of advertising logo like Cambell's or something. You can see a hat and a face. Can any one ID this? It's all beat up but I am just curious. Thanks in advance.

If I hadda guess... I'd say Campbell's Soup Kid (One of the kids). I've not been able to prove it though.

Can't find a bowl like that either...

The overall style is Art Deco plus with the use of aluminum, I'm guessing something from the 1930's - maybe a radio show premium. Perhaps Buster Brown (shoes), but he almost always had his dog with him.

I'm going with Buster Brown. Someone on another forum thinks Buster Brown also. Here are a few old ads. Whta do you think.

I think it is probably Buster Brown, but don't know why they would go with a bowl being a shoe and clothing factory? Did anyone think of king Cole. Top looks jagged like a crown.

awhitster - If you can, will you post pics of the handle? And maybe the bottom of the bowl/cup please?

Also - Have you measured how much it will hold? Is it possibly a "one cup" measuring cup? Maybe from a set of measuring cups?

I'm going with the pillsbury guy. Maybe that's a measuring scoop for flour? That hat just does't seem to be a buster brown style.
