Thanks for the lead Jeff. Found a bit more on this site. I agree with Goldfinger450 "this would be fun to hunt".

It wasn't very hard to find the old homestead. Just a little bit of research.

Anyone in Adam Co or Allen Co want to go hunting this Spring?

Looks like a couple years old but anyone ever make it to check out this site? I'm not too far away from here.

I'm guessing a large majority of these lost treasures have been extensively hunted and someone found them and just kept it to themselves.

Thanks for the additional articles! Would definitely be fun to see if all of it was found. Even though it sounds like it probably was
 

Hard to Say ! They actually Tried to Deny there was any left. because of the number of people hunting for it.
so it's hard to say how many believed it was all found.
and how many knew odds are there was more.
