Item appears to be iron. Found at a site used by the military from 1800-1825.

From a site occupied by military 1810-1817, but also used later by non-military. Note design of grapes. Back is recess of the front.

Please identify the types of nails and period used if possible. All are iron, from an early 1800s site.
