Inside and a Reflection or Outside & Going by,

Yes it is Definately Unidentified.

But if outside it is going too fast to be of any Importance to the Inauguration.

could also be a reflection of a bird on the lense of the camera
which considering the width of the lense could appear to be that fast.

and since it dosn't show up
on enhanced white photos.

it could just appear to be going behind the monument because it
wouldn't show up in front of it.

Yes I believe in Visitors From other Worlds (Planets that is) not spirit worlds :P.

No, I don't think this is a UFO...as from another planet....I agree with what someone said...out of ALL those people there...and only one person noticed?

I saw another video that showed a helicopter going by the WM....taking the same path as this UFO....

Also saw yet another video where they say a UFO was in another BHO video....when he was giving a speech....

So.....what is it? A UFO...unidentified flying object.....

however, I have seen bigfoot at the WM!!! LOL (as per the video posted!)

OK...found them....this one I did not know about....UFO's over the Bruce Springsteen concert at the Obama thing....

If it really flew over their heads , at some distance it may seem the "UFO"
flyies not so fast. But at that place where the people was,it was probably
much too fast to notice it , or ?

It was private
or a TV Channel ?
That would help to ID if it was fraud involved or not
