From the land of the Bluenose....headed south as the crow flies. Come to think of it.... it may be the same one that woke me up this morning. Darn thing sure would make a nice hood ornament for Goquickski!

Anyway hit a sportsfield in the Spryfield area that netted me a few studs from rugby or football shoes then out popped this hunk of silver.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6ce38b3127cce8e1edb5c49fc00000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center> which made my day.

Got tired of penny popping after this find and decided to take a trek through the woods to an old lake and possibly some old coins.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6ce38b3127cce8e1edb5a49fa00000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>

The walk was relaxing although I mangaged to get two soakers along the way...a third one would be hard to explain! Evidence of Hurrican Juan was present and I checked under every fallen tree that I came across.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6ce38b3127cce8e1edb5dc8cd00000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>

Had to call the dig off as it was time to get home and cop a few "ZZZZZZZ's" before my 1800 to 0600 shift this evening. Man I know I'll have to make a few stops at Tim's to "Help me Make it Through the Night."

End result for the 2.5 hour dig was a silver ring, piece of a key, nine nine nine pin, 4 cletts and 35 coins @ $2.18 including the 1934 nickel.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6ce38b3127cce8e1edb5e49fe00000016108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>
