🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Need help identifying sterling pin possibly Taxco

Hi and thank you in advance for any help. I found this piece in Scotland, a few weeks ago. I wanted to bring it back closer to home. I think it may be Taxco. It is a nice pin/brooch. Has a stone in the middle. Marked on back. I have come up empty on information. So hoping there us some better sleuths in the forum that can help.

It might be Taxco, but I'm not finding that mark at least online to verify who's it is and where they may have worked. It's definitely Mexican, so it could've been made by a maker in Mexico City just as well.
