HAWAII VACATION

My sister is talking about going to Hawaii after Christmas I think we well be going to Waikiki and Honolulu in that area I guess. What are the rules on Metal Detecting in HAWAII and were can I go?

also are there any clubs in the HAWAII area I well be using a Minelab 3030 maybe I might try and do some snorkeling
