All types of BFOs owned. Especially want White's Arrow; White's Oremaster; Exanimo Spartan Little Monster; Garrett contract Little Monster.
Many is the old barn that still has tools or their remains free for the taking. There is a thing called a barn auger that looks like a giant drill bit with a three or four foot shaft ending in a t-handle. This makes an excellant probe for cache hunting, will drive through nearly anything but solid rock. They were used for drilling holes in barn beams and the diameter will range from 1/4 up to 2 inches. I like the half inch to one inch bits. The two inch are really too heavy to lug around and any under a half inch bend too badly. Exanimo, SS
