If there's a small tab up by the winder then it's a pop off.
No tab then it probably be a screw on back.

Thank you!!You need to either unscrew the back or possibly unscrew the crystal bezel if by chance it's a swing out movement. Basically you need to check out the movement to get the whole scope of what you have. Outwardly it looks like a 16 size and depending on the amount of jewels it might be a railroad grade watch. The dial is a typical looking railroad watch style.
