Not many of those left, it should be restored!
Speaking as someone who has attempted to save an old building .... that's a tall order. Unless it's a labor of love for the landowner, or a community project, or a historical grant, it's probably not gonna happen. And the one I tried to save was still mostly intact. Some of the old one room school houses are not in very good repair anymore.
