I did some research using just Wooster Ohio Tokens and seen that wooster did make some civil war period tokens. The reverse on your is pretty much like a large cent. Might be some that period bewteen 1864-68. Didn't find anything on James Patrick or Butter Packer.....keep us informer if you come up with anything.

Found this coin. Looks like some kind of token. I believe it reads "Butter Packer" - "James Patrick Wooster Ohio". Found in a field about 40 miles from Wooster.

It is a Merchant Token from the Civil War. It is known as OH975K-1a, James Patrick 1863
Butter Packer, of Wooster, Ohio.
James Patrick arrived in Wooster from New York City in 1852 when he bought a residence in Wooster. He rented space from James Jacobs & went in the butter & egg business. He just as quickly closed shop in 1863 & returned to New York City.

love those kind of tokens, especially ohio ones. great find!
