I'm no expert, but you may have found a dugong rib bone. Not knowing where you found it, dugong fossils are the most commonly found fossils in FL.

I'd love to know what the artifact is you found with the small hole in it. It makes me wonder if it was possibly a pendent from a necklace?

These appear to be fossils, the black one is maybe a tusk of some kind ?
The other two are some type of vertebrae I think, but posting here for your opinions !!!
The last one looks like a both sides of a closed mollusk shell. I second the dugong ribs as they are solid to give them natural ballast.

I actually don't remember where I found it, I was thinking Spain but truth is it could have been anywhere..
Either one of these things..
Those are clams BTW, someone else posted identical ones found somewhere and clearly they are some type of clams...

I think the holes are remnants of the fossilization process, not man made.. I thought they were vertebra but they are clams and somewhere on this forum they were identified as such.
