My weekend finds.Yesterday found the cool brooch and the 1898 Barber dime and today found the Canuck military button,the 1920 Merc dime the 1941 six pence(a surprise) the 1903 Indian Head two newer pennies and a button that says Ludgate Hill with H.B. in the middle.Not sure about the Ludgate button and was wondering if any one has any info on it.

Richard; Really nice finds. I particulary like the Canadian Button, any idea of the age on it. That broach appears to be particularly nice. Great job...Lance

Canada Militia button dates from the mid 1800's through to the early 1900's. This Variety was also used by the N.W.M.P during the 1870's and also during the Riel Rebellion. I have found more than a dozen here in Man.
Richard, look at my post in the Relic section from a few months ago "Dating buttons". Most of that info came from buttons that are typically found in Canada.
Nice finds, I really like the brooch.
