Live Oak co.

It won’t be me looking over your shoulder. :dontknow: I’ll be the one ahead of you.:laughing7:

Can I borrow your find’s bag. Mine is full.???

Haha, touché!

Live Oak County! I just came back from fishing Choke Canyon!

I’m closer to Lake Corpus Christi.

How was the water level? Last winter is was so low that you need to pack drinking water just to hike down to the shore line.

Catch any thing? I quit fishing back in 83. Kind of miss it at times.

It was low! It didn't deter the catfish too bad, but everything else was pretty lethargic.

Pyledriver:

With you being up by McKinney what are your metal detecting interest?

Are ya a gold/silver/coin guy... "Urban" parks and stuff?

Or relics?

Rich:

Are you a relic guy?

Bexar County is a premium spot if revolution/civil war stuff is your "thing"

If your outside of SA city limits, that is!
Lord knows they make it a hassle to detect in parks and the like!

We do relic hunt as well as coin shoot. Over the summer we did some relic hunting on some family property in Virginia. We are still keeping our eyes open for areas in Bexar County where we can cruise come fields.

I like to hunt old farmhouses or any old sites like general stores, swimming holes, gathering spots, etc. When I'm not doing that I'm researching or following some dusty old trail somewhere..
