CWN was a true gentleman and posted great stories and awesome pics of finds. I remember him for this, even though he was a newer member with not too many posts. Sorry to hear the bad news.

Sorry to hear this. My condolences to his family and friends.

Saying Goodbye

Hello, I am Earl Powers daughter. My father passed away Thur april 12th unexpectedly. He enjoyed this forum very much sharing all his special finds and reading of others. Thank you so much for being a part of his life. I just wanted to share this to anyone who would want to know. He will be missed.
Sincerely,
Heather

Bummer. I am truly sorry Heather and I hope that your dad is at peace and digging gold. God bless you and your family.

I'm sorry for your loss Heather. He will be missed on this forum. May God be with you and your family.

Words alone cannot express my sympathy on the untimely death of your father. To say that his time with us was far too short is an understatement. The reality is that he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He will be remembered here.

So sorry for your loss Heather. We can only hope hes in a better place. I didnt know him but can only imagine how you feel.
The hospital my Dad goes to just diagnosed him with pulminary phibrosis with less then 3yrs to live. Its tough getting old.
My BD was the 12th, and hearing your sad news really puts a perspective on what a short time we all really have. I hope you were able to spend time with him before his passing,
god bless.
