Now a Cat 4 with 130 mph wind and all the rain California would need for a couple years.

LOL This is what I would have done if I Lived there and was 50 Years Younger
Like I would do here in Major NorEasters.
Drive all night through the Storms just to prove I Could,
Or get stuck Trying
In the Mornings I Would Crash into a Plowed snow bank, in order to Park,
Go in to Bed and wake up round noon & Shovel my car out for another day of playing

I have been in major blizzards with winds over 65 mph, snow drifts 15+ feet high which are like noreasterns if not on coast and in cat3 hurricanes and typhoons, you do not want to be outside or unprotected in middle of cat 3, 4 or 5 hurricane or typhoon, only thing worse with winds are tornados. Andrew was a cat 5 when it hit South Florida, it removed houses down to the foundations at ground zero..

Truth? I heard AT&T one of the major carriers down there is having trouble, a friend lost his roof, he said the bad mold sets in about 24 hours later.

Hey y?all you can?t kill all grass she was powerful and beautiful at the same time when you go outside and you close your eyes and you feel winds of 120 you feel very very small in this universe and we?re not in control of anything lol

So it's time once again to let the good times roll and go detecting... or stay cool?
Those winds can be invigorating.
I don't smoke but during Frances I went out with the smokers to the leeward side of the house early on when we still had power. I watched as a mourning dove struggled into the wind past the overhang only to see it go shooting the other direction about 3 seconds later like it pushed a Nitrous oxide button on a race car.

Not a fan of Paris either. Tried to step between a bully and a young lady he was abusing in a bar - and got beat up trying to do the honorable thing. Oh yeah, it was Paris TN. Hope you fare better...
