Found yesterday in Virginia. I haven’t posted in a while but have had some decent luck. This is a rare find for me.

It's a beauty! Super find. Congratulations on your recovery. Thanks for sharing.

Not a Hardaway. Macorkle Early Archaic...
Yeah, I sure don’t have the knowledge to ID it. I posted in my Virginia and Chesapeake Bay artifact groups and the consensus was Hardaway, but there were other opinions - Greenbrier and Nansemond. I’ve never found this type or material. Thanks for your input.

Good relic eye there bud.
Thats a very nice find.

Very nice serrations and symmetry.

Are the basal ears well ground?

Niceun, be a bifurcate type here in Ohio, Congrats...

Great find! And Good eye!
That one has some nice teeth. Not sure what to make of the recurved blade edges. I think some Hardaway Side Notched points have that look.
Aside from the notch on the base, the bottom seems to be relatively flat.

Can we see a photo of the opposite side?

Anyone thinking Kirk related (Maybe Charleston Corner Notched?)
