Does everybody tent camp?

I have a 5X8 utility trailer that I converted to also use for camping.

I only take whatever fits on me and in my backpack.
Hike in, hike out.

Sounds like most everyone tent camps. I use to but after a while my back couldn't handle it
any more. Even with a air mattress. My family and I didn't want to stop camping so we
bought a travel trailer.
