I am assuming English is not his main language, as such, he is likely using a form of you lot, which he most likely put into google translate, which gets us, 'you people'.

Google translate is very, very bad at actually translating things (Try any non-Western European language or older languages, Latin, Russian, most languages from Africa or Asia, and google translate pretty much divides by zero and gives you nonsense) which is why 'you people' came out of it and why his post is incomplete sentences and broken English. He might have actually put the rules through google translate, if he did, he did not read the same thing we did, which is why I never use google translate.
