Yesterdays yard sale finds, How'd i do?

Was on my way home from work yesterday and saw a quaint little yard sale in an older part of town and decided to stop by for a quick look. I saw these three pieces sitting together and knew they weren't a set but they were priced at $35 for all three. Being the cheapskate I am:laughing7: I offered $20 for the 3 and the reluctant woman obliged. Admittedly my knowledge on these things is presently pretty weak and that's why I'm here. All I can gather is that the two silver pieces are by J. Rodgers Silver company, a name I've heard multiple times but that's about it and that they are quadruple plated. I have no Idea what the numbering is in reference to or possible age of the pieces so maybe one of you knowledgeable folks could throw me a bone..

The 3rd piece is a complete mystery to me other than it appears to be copper and possibly a Dutch motif. I really only bought it because I liked the look of it:laughing7: It measures 12.5" and the only mark(s) I've found on it thus far are the numbers on the underside around the lip, again, any input would be most appreciated!

Value wise, I'd say that's about right, as with some minor condition issues, and neither quadruple plate pieces or copper plates are bringing much these days. I believe the lid that is on the creamer may belong on the sugar bowl, else it's missing... But creamers don't always have lids, where the sugar bowls generally always do.
