Got out for a few hours today at one of my honey hole sites that never turns me away without at least one keeper and she pulled through again today. Nothing too fancy...an 1893 IH, flat button, and what looks to be a sterling thimble.....the most fun I had for the day was testing out a new 10x14 Excelerator coil I purchased just for sites like this that I have hunted a great deal and am having a hard time finding targets.....and I was impressed with the depth of the signals.....only issue I had was the sensitivity had to be drastically reduced which is a given but it just took awhile to find a setting that I liked. Also only one live dig today once again......basically just posting it to show the types of areas I hunt in.....deep woods sites that take awhile to hike into...they are my favorite :) Enjoy the pics and vid and Happy Hunting :)

NIce vid thanks for sharing!!!

What depth are you getting with the big coil? I have a coin site that I have once-overed with a smaller coil.....I think a 8.5"
I am thinking about going over it once more with the big one......will it pay me to do it?
Good hunt. Many more great finds.

still finding pennies at around 11-12 inches with the new coil but did dig a nice crotal at about 16 inches and it rang in very clear....... so im not sure yet of the full capabilities of the excelerator coil ..............but i know already by this point it was worth the money........................
