Yesterday's finds

Went to a beach I hunt often yesterday, the clad was not as good as in the past, 2 quarters, 4 dimes, 1 nickle and 7 pennies for a grand total of 1.02. also found a toy metal nascar with #24 on it and a nice silver ring. Was only out for 2 hours. The weather was nice. It was low tide but could only hunt in dry sand as my bh 505 hates the salt water and wet sand. Oh well ordered a viper trident from Kelly co hope to be in the water next week. Take care all and good hunting. Ted 8) 8) 8)

Hey, you found Jeff Gordon's car!!! Congrats on the nice ring. I was at the Jersey shore last week and did well with clad until the 103 degree heat brought on the biting flies. Wow, those rascals are tenacious and didn't seem to be phased by insect repellent. The heat and bloody ankles put a damper on the coin hunting. Two Dogs

Interesting finds-- everytime I see that style of toy soldier I think of "Toy Story"

No saltwater here to bog my 505 down.

Very nice find on the ring and car. Certainly like em both here.

Hey Postalrevnant the 505 is a good machine, I will still use mine when I go to parks, and other places than the beach. Have found a lot of clad and pull tabs with the 505. The new machine I am getting is just for the beaches. take care and good hunting. Ted 8) 8)
