Got out early morning, took a bit for the fog to burn off by the river. These fields are VERY harsh on Copper and Silver, well,ANYTHING for that matter!!! Jason scored a 1897 Barber Half, maybe He'll post the rest of his stuff.Got a few keepers myself, buttons,ox knob, musket ball,1926 Chauffeurs Licence, barrel tap, cool key, lead token about the size of a quarter, toto's spoon handle, could'nt find Dorthy though, and,a couple what's it.Met up with BrookenKnee on his way out, that LC He found sure did'nt look THAT good when He showed it to us.(See His post) God Bless Chris

Can I assume that the larger item in the fourth pic is what you are calling an ox knob? I have found several of these and always wondered what they were. Makes sense now :icon_thumleft: Great group of finds!

Chris, I like the badge and toto's spoon I wonder what establishment that was? Is there anything on the other side of that lead piece?
You should be able to research the badge # I had a relative that was a registered Chauffeur in the 20's in Holyoke. HH
