Not the size as last weekend but made up in number!Starting to get to the head of the paystreak I have been working.I have pulled around an ounce up to yesterday(not counting the 2oz. and 1oz nuggets)Then yesterday I pulled an ounce of pickers and havent touched the concentrates (aside from a couple pans .....see pic of pan)I could have taken more pics as gold was showing everywhere, but I wanted to get as much sucked up as I could. There was still gold showing when I ran out of gas so there will be more pics! :icon_pirat:

Give me a clue.....looking at that pan what do you think the weight would be for whats in it.

Surfin

Oh and sweet hual............what state?

Gotta love it when you can see the gold before it gets into the sluice. That looks like some cemented material you're working there, or is that an optical illusion? The pic of your vials, is that amalgam, or are you lucky enough to be finding PGM's? Keep 'em coming, can't wait to see more.

Thanks,There is right at a half ounce in the pan(I didnt realize that until just now, weighing it!)Yes that material is very cemented, thats what I look for :wink:The gold is coming in several layers, following the same path in all three(kind of odd). That is amalgum,it is very common to find little traces of mercury in this area(left over from the gold rush)it usually starts out on one peice and seems to grow!!!before ya know it it all over all your gold! :-\

I feel your pain on the amalgam thing, we have cinnabar around here, so find more than we'd like.

sweet!!

You gotta love it when mother nature coughs up the gold.

WHAT STATE was it found in?

keep the action photos coming. Nice pictures.
