I've seen these tokens with dates ranging from 1986 to 2013. It'd be cool if someone assembled a full run just from Coinstar.
 

Nice recovery! I dug a 1891 Portuguese 10 Ries yesterday, and thought it was a Chuk-E-Cheese token for a good 10 minutes, it's the same size and has a very similar design. Here's a side by side comparison of the two types of coins, now just pretend the coin on the left is encrusted with patina, the resemblance is uncanny. Maybe Chuck-E-Cheese used 19th century low denomination European coins as a template for their tokens:
