✅ SOLVED Years ago my dad called this a fob, not sure what it really is:

My dad found this while tilling up our garden in NE Massachusetts back in the early '70s. He said that it was a watch fob, but I am not sure. Any ideas? The quarter is put there for scale. I couldn't find my ruler.



Doh. Just decided to go looking and apparently it is a watch fob from the Roosevelt/Fairbanks 1904 presidential campaign.
