Wives are sometimes that way.

Abe Lincoln became president after reading by candle light. Is he a president in the making?

Really nice picture, artistic glow of the candle is great :)

My kids dont like going without power but I sorta look forward to it. It gives me a reason to get the candles and lanterns out ;D

Nice picture!!! I think he is trying to figure out a way, to tell you he found gold with your MDer.

LOL

He is a smart little kid,who if he wants to could do great things in his life'

powering down gives us time to think -- something we need to do more of at times it seems --- Ivan

I saw one yesterday, when the power was off for about 2 hrs. 2 hrs is not so bad...18 days during Katrina.

Hey Van, that's a great picture....suitable for framing! One of those shots you wouldn't normally get and it'll serve as a reminder to him of the time the power went out and he was with his Grandpa!

You are so right, sometimes this ol world needs to slow down a bit'

I don't need any Katrina experiences up here in Iowa That was terrible down there!!. Last winter during the ice storm lots of people had no power for weeks. Modern furnaces need electricity to run so they had lots of problems surviving.

Thanks Wes Ive got some shots taken over time that I would like to make a special album for,
Thanks all.
