Xtreme scoop warranty

Has anyone tried to get an xtreme titanium scoop warrantied? I have one that the tip is worn thin and is starting to roll over. the website says 10 year warranty, just wondering if anyone has tried to get warranty on one.

I haven't, but an alternative, you might consider having a stainless steel lip welded on.

I sent them an email, so now I wait. I don’t know if you can weld stainless to titanium.

Yes you can weld it, I would have a professional do it, I had stainless steel lip put on my beach brute.

yesterday John from xtreme scoops called me and he asked me about my scoop and what was wrong with it. After we spoke he told me to remove it from the handle and ship it back to him they would either repair it or replace it , most likely send me a new scoop.
in this day and age getting good customer service is key to my continued support of any business. Thank you John, I really appreciate your quick response and great customer service.
