Wyatt Earp?

The cards photographers used were stock prob just a more fancy/ more exspensive place it's not the photo that has the trim

He and his family moved to San Bernardino
and was awarded his San Bernardino County Sheriff badge in Videl Junction. Funny thing Videl Junctionis a one horse town and a childhood friend married a lady who's family owns the store and most of the buildings there , he lives there now.

Wyett Erap still has family in San Bernardino and the surrounding area. TNet member GarySB (Gary Crabtree) is in the SB loop and might help you, send him a PM, you can also contact the Erap family or the Historian for the City of Bernardino.

Definitely not Wyatt Earp. Wyatt Earp had unattached earlobes, which means the bottom lobes were hanging loose and not attached to the side of his head. The person in this photo has attached earlobes, so it cannot be a photo of him.

These photos used to be black and white with age they fade to these sepia tones you cannot tell what the ear is from this photo the age has taken some shadows away

Sorry, but the man in your photo has attached earlobes, so it is not a photo of Wyatt Earp.

Incorrect. Sepia toning was done on purpose back in those days. It's a chemical process. Black & white photos do not "turn" to sepia color over time.

You're always finding neat photos and paintings. I agree that it's not Wyatt Earp, and the earlobes is the give-away.

Cool Pic! I swear he looks familiar to me, but no clue. It could be just a random guy. I looked on Ebay and there are tons of random tin types form there

Even if the sepia tone was on purpose diffrent light and angle will give you a diffrent look any artist knows that not going by the ears

Why ask everyone's opinion if you refuse to agree with the consensus? Not only are the ears different, but the chin, hairline, and eyes are quite dissimilar as well.

LOL.. My thoughts exactly. He's arguing because if it's just a picture of some random guy it's not worth money.. Thanks for the laughs guys. And to the OP.. Please don't take offense to my comments. We ALL want to find something that's worth a few bucks. It's why we do what we do. Sadly, staring at a lump of coal does not turn it into a gold nugget. Keep looking..

looks nothing like him. the gentleman in your photo has a serious receding hairline and there is a noticeable difference when comparing mustache. so if your implying its a younger pic of him it doesn't appear so. here are some other known pics of wyatt earp. make your own logical comparisons. but I will say there is quite a likeness to the second attached pic........??wyatt-earp.jpgth94OO4DOG.jpgWyatt-earp-1923-lg.jpg8337c350b72497a84f330a265da6f84c.jpg
