So I went out to 3 old ranch properties over the weekend and they yielded some pretty interesting finds, an old watch (gold plated of course), a 1947 Nevada License plate (pretty rusted but still in tact) and some other odds and ends. The most mind boggling but probably the most interesting find so far and I have no idea what it is. I looked up the numbers and couldn't find anything on it. maybe someone can identify it for me. By the way I am impressed how good of condition it was in. It was buried under a pile of scrap wood under an old stable. covered in cob webs and bird crap.

Yeah... it's a military transceiver (transmitter/receiver). Back in the day they needed multiple separate components for electronics (remember that ENIAC, one of the first computers, was the size of a room). You can clearly see the antenna in the schematic (comes up as a transformer) and the conversion circuitry that interprets the incoming signal. The relay on the left switches between transmitting and receiving while supplying power to the active circuit. Nowadays all of this circuitry fits on an IC (chip) and is found in every cell phone.

Neat find nonetheless, would probably appeal to WWII or antique electronics collectors, if you decided not to keep it.

It is not a transceiver. It is a rectifier, It changes AC to DC to run a field radio.
If you go to the link I provided and scroll down to the RA-120 It shows specs for input and output voltages.
