Bounty Hunter IV
i know im new to the site but i thought i's post this anyways.
i found these while hunting with my dad in germany where they live, they were found in and around Bastonge where the battle of the bulg took place the biggest piece from what i can tell is the back piece to either an artillary shell or a bomb its about 5 pounds.
the others are barb wire (i have other pieces that i traced for several hundred yards).
a piece to an M1 Garand magazine.
and i thing the twisted piece is from a stickhandle grenade (potato masher). we also found the crash site of a B17 bomber so the next time i visit them lol were going.
i also found this remarkable spade still mostley intact.

Bastogne area there was a lot of combat on the fields surrounding the town, should be lots of stuff there.

Otherwise try the Hürtgenwald if you dare, I hear that some areas of it is still closed because of all the boobytraps left there.

ive already done hurtgenwald and the surounding areas with my dad but all we found was shapnell and some shell casings.

There should be lots of stuff in there? Maybe someone MDed it all :)

The battles result in 55,000 American and 15,000 German losses. The high number of casualties on American side are due to the fact that their infantry -- in contrast to the German -- has not been trained for combat conducted in broken wooded terrain such as the Huertgen Forest without the supporting protection of armor and air assets.

The fighting took three months Go deeper :)

next time im gonna hit up the areas around the bunkers.
