WW1 or WW2 hat badge? - SOLVED

Sorry the picture is a bit blurry. I'm try to find out if this is WW1 or WW2 era relic. Found this in our local park at about 10". The dime is just for size comparison.

Oops. I changed the picture to one that is a bit crisper and forgot the dime. It's about the size of a silver dollar.
